FloorplanElevation

This type is used to retrieve elevationn assignments for floorplans or floorplan groups When it's used to retrieve elevation assignments for a floorplan in the Community type, we also retrieve the "standard" which tells us whether or not the floorplan is standard for that elevation in that community.
